Q-2: What kind of telescopic pole do I need to install for the retrieval hook? A1. The pool cleaner requires a universal connector pick-up pole with a diameter of 1-1/4", a common size for standard pool accessories. A2. There is no aluminum telescopic swimming pool pole included in the package.

Q-3: What kind of pool does this vacuum not support? A1. It can't climb walls or steps, and can't clean trash floating on the pool or very large leaves. A2.
